The Glenwood Book Fair help raise funds for the library to build their collection, and helps students find exciting new titles to own.
Parent volunteers are appreciated each day to assist with the cash register and shopping support. Sign up to volunteer here.
The shopping schedule each day will be Morning 7:15-8:00, Friday open after school 3:00-6pm
- Monday – 1st grade
- Tuesday – 2nd grade
- Wednesday – 3rd grade
- Thursday – Kindergarten
- Friday – 4th & 5th grade

Friday afternoon the book fair will be open to all from 3-6 pm plus there will be a donut food truck on campus from 3:00-4:30. What’s better than an afternoon of donuts and books?
- Forms of payment accepted include cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, contactless cards, and Literati Book Fair gift cards.
- You can purchase a digital gift card (the Literati version of Scholastic’s e-wallet) here: literati.com/store/product/gift-card/. There are 2 ways your child can use their digital gift card at the book fair. 1) After purchasing a digital gift card, you will receive a code via email. Print this code & send it to school with your child. 2) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED– link your digital gift card to our school’s fair when purchasing. (See screenshots below). This will enable us to look up their gift card on our registers, and they won’t have to keep track of the code.
- If you have money left over on your digital gift card after our book fair ends, you will be notified about this via email. You then have 2 options. 1) You can spend this money on Literati’s online store. Or 2) If left unused, the money will roll over to next year and your child will be able to use it for next year’s book fair.
- For shopping in the morning, you may come in with your student if you would like. You must come into the school through the front office & sign in. Please keep in mind that parking is limited. Otherwise, students will check in with their teacher for attendance purposes & then they may head to the book fair on their own.
- In the morning, students may only shop (with or without parents & guardians) on their grade’s assigned day. Students will not have the opportunity to shop during the school day. If they don’t want to wait for Friday afternoon, they must shop on the morning of their grade’s assigned day. All grades are welcome to come shop on Friday afternoon from 3 to 6 pm.
