Glenwood Volunteers in Action: Mats and Shade Canopies for Glenwood
Over the last week, a group of families led by Kristie Mather and Vanessa Litwinski have stepped up to help the entire Glenwood student body. They helped coordinate the purchase of 252 foam mats to allow students to have spaces to sit outside while eating their meals and snacks in addition to picnic tables and other pre-existing solutions. Additionally, this past Thursday, a group of Glenwood parents lent, donated, and offered up their muscles to erect tent shade canopies across the campus to keep our kids cool(er) and dry while eating outside. We are so grateful to Kristie, Vanessa, and all of the other parents.
